Meet at the Home Farm Gate entrance off Nightingale Road - GU1 1ER

Parking here is free, but if the car park is full there is plenty of road side parking close by on Nightingale Road itself.

All Classes are run OUTDOORS, however there is shelter if needed, so no need to skip a session!

Whatever your daily schedule we've got your outdoor fitness covered! Before work, after the school run, or after work... take your pick and pick up your fitness! With our open class policy, if you can't make your regular sessions of choice you will be welcomed to any of the other class times. You can't get more flexible than that :)

PLEASE NOTE: We do not currently have a sheltered area in the event of rainy weather at the 0630 sessions.

Checklist

What to wear?

Old gym or workout clothes - t-shirt, fleece, jogging bottoms / leggings. In colder months: a woolly hat, gloves and coat. Please wear trainers.

What to bring?

An old towel to lie on and a bottle of water (IMPORTANT)

What else?

Showers and changing facilities are not available, so please arrive changed. Camp will run in all weathers.
